What is the ideal type of client for David Westdorp Strategies Services?

Our clients generally fall into these categories:

1) An established company with a product or service that is proven in the marketplace, who don’t currently have an outbound B2B program that satisfies their growth needs in filling their sales funnels and client growth expectations. We work best with company leaders that are looking for a long-term client development solution that contains a strategic advantage for them over their competition.

2) Businesses that are introducing a new and/or innovative service or product into the marketplace. For these types of situations, we utilize a proven method for success that start-up companies implement around the world. We validate their initial assumptions on the market “pain” they are solving by interacting with qualified prospects who will provide useful feedback and potentially purchase their products/services. We also seek out, record and share any additional new information that may have been previously unknown, to gain insights and increase our clients revenues and profits.

How long does it take from our initial introduction meeting for you to get started finding us new opportunities and clients?

Do we need to buy and/or learn new software to work with you?

In a word “NO”, our tech stack is totally self-contained so you don’t have to involve any additional technical people or software to receive qualified leads and/or clients from us. All that is required from your side is an email address.
As an option, if you or your team are open to learning about and implementing new technology, we would be happy to share what is proven to work for us.

Can you help us with our messaging on the company website?

“YES”, when requested, we can provide suggestions to improve your website content to enhance client development efforts while working with us. Additionally, we realize the power of current client testimonials and have services and technologies to make getting this information easy and effective.

For what length of time do your clients usually work with you?

This depends on the goals for the project. If our client is looking for feedback from a market to validate their assumptions a contract length could be 1 week to a few months.

If you are looking for a long-term strategic advantage in how you identify, approach and win new clients over your competition, we suggest a 6 to 12-month minimum commitment. What is important to us is the results we produce for our clients. We have the reporting processes in place show you our value on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

As a note, we have clients that have been with us for years. After working with us for 6-months or more you will see we have no need for long-term contracts. Our agreement with all our clients is: The moment you feel our team isn’t adding value to your business development efforts, we will cease our billing. We walk side-by-side with our clients, helping them re-calibrate their messaging and outbound sales processes to thrive in this new Covid-19 business marketplace reality.
